week 9 face face faces!

This week we are looking for something like a face.......here are some "faces" I found

week 8 SAM

The other day, my friends and I went to the Ritz-Carlton to gather information for the F1 next week.It is reported that all the race driver will settled down at this hotel.In order to get my favorite driver's signature I should be familiar with the place they will arrived next week.

      It is not easy to find the entrance of the Ritz-Carlton.We walk halfway around the hotel to find this entrance.After a long long curve slop, we finally reach the lobby.

The wall finished beside the stairs is really interesting, lots of small fountain  combined together, makes people a sense of finding everything fresh and new.

This is the dining room of the hotel, the high curve glass roof and the circle ceiling also makes people a sense of spacious and relaxing, so that thay can enjoy their tasty food entirely free from worry.

the details of the stairs, the light inside the marble and reflect out.really nice.

the lift lobby is also brilliant 

This is the bar lounge of the hotel at level 1, All the material of the wall and floor can be seen that is considered over and over again.

The bar lounge is connected with the outdoor swimming pool.The water fool just like a sheer.

One of the outside carpark of the hotel. Everywhere is really beautiful, once you have been there, you must feel that it is totally a visual feast.

week 7

This week we went to the SAM(Singapore Art Museum) for my really really interesting creative thinking class.I went there by circle line(Bras Basah)

This is the outlook of the SAM and it's style is quite different from the old Asian style, like an European style.

This is the entrance of the SAM the big background lighting wall makes the whole room brighten.

At the entrance of 2nd floor there are some art works, I think this kind of art work was inspired by the toilet roll(LOL...).It is easy to feel that the author used every color on the roll considered over and over again. The colorful roll didn't make people a sense of dazzled but relaxing!

what do you think what is this at your first sight? I thought this is kind of wood (not misleading by the background) But that's a really thick book without a word. This is a kind of artwork that has a moral, saving nature resources? I'm not sure!~Everyone has his own idea!

This is really a huge art work hanging to the ceiling, the highlight of this sculpture is not only itself but the shadow. This kind of sculpture has a sense of rhythm, and a little bit contrast! It makes different！  

I really can't understand this artwork. A little sooty glass cup was put on a glass platform, with a totally red background, and exposure by a warm spotlights.

Here is the green laser？I guess so，interesting and amazing，seems in a physic Lab. We all have fun there,

week 6

This week is really special, we have 2 creative thinking class. So that could be a really interesting week and we all have fun

Here is the Monday group work project..

Only use the spaghetti and glue to build tower as high as possible, and than put a marshmallow on the top of the tower than eat it, in the meanwhile, the tower can't fall down..

You can see that we can only use a little glue to stick the spaghetti, we decided to do this model withe the element of triangle and as we all know that triangle is the most stable shape. So we can make sure that our tower would not fall down when eat it.

This is another group project, I think that using this way can 

 make it more stable!~

Thursday Creative Thinking

This class is just like the cosplay, we ues different materials to covered skin, here is our group's model(or the survivor) 

First things first, we find 2 egg trays to covered his eyes so he can not see anything and at the same time , we can do and design what we want!~He can only stand there 

we used the plastic strings to make his long long hair and covered his head with a yellow plastic paper, and the green is just suitable for the pink T-shirt.

We used the majoung paper to covered his arms, and use more egg tray on the arms to protect him...

This long skirt is made by me and I am inspired by the wedding dress, so I creat this kind of things. It looks like the cloak cape behind the superman when it moves in the mid of air.

Here is the Ultraman(the Japanese super hero) In this angle it seems like he is a muscle man. 

week 5

!!!!!This is our crazy thinking...no, creative thinking work !~ Durian and bread..........the sushi one means that the durian is rolled by the bread roll and cut it into thin slides....This is only the drafts and we need color it.

 This is the interesting picture and we use the perspective illusion

 This one is the skin of the old tree and there are some moss on it. Everywhere is green, and it seems like in the forest.

 These 2 photos is taked by the gym area at east coast park, it looks different with the green background.

 The mini virescence world.Also taked at the skin of the tree. If you are good at discovering that the beauty and the magnificence in life, you will find your life is really brilliant.

This is the lovely dog and I catch the moment when it blank and protruding it's tongue.
